After being a role player for his first three seasons, Bell emerged as a star as a senior. The all-around guard averaged 13.5 points, 5.1 assists and 4.7 rebounds in addition to being the squad's top perimeter defender. He opened the season by becoming the only Spartan other than Magic Johnson to record a triple-double.
